Yao is a seasoned marketing professional and has held senior brand management and marketing roles in global Fortune 500 companies. Having lived and worked in both China and the U.S, Yao is uniquely positioned to help Chinese companies navigate the complexities and cultural intricacies of international branding and marketing. Yao’s fluency in English and Mandarin further strengthens her ability to foster genuine connections and create impactful solutions. Yao holds an MBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.

ANTHONY MITCHELL | CO-FOUNDER

Anthony has more than twenty years of experience in brand building worldwide in the US, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. He has held executive brand positions at top global companies including Google, AT&T and Marriott. Anthony was previously a Senior Brand Strategist for the NY-based consulting firm Siegel+Gale, where he engaged global clients to solve diverse branding challenges, including brand positioning, messaging, naming and architecture. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia and a BA in Economics from Brown.

SAUL TORRES | CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

As a creative leader and executive, Saul has helped elevate brands such as AT&T, Disney, HP, 7-Eleven, Hilton, Barclays, IBM, Comedy Central, American Airlines, and Pfizer, among others. With a masters in visual communications, he’s also guided university students as a professor of branding, design, and art direction. He has earned recognition from 50+ creative competitions and exhibits including The Clio Awards, The Art Directors Club International Exhibition and the permanent collection of the Library of Congress.

RAMIN MAHAJAN | SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BRAND GROWTH & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS

Ramin is an expert at transforming brands into powerful assets for sustainable growth and long-term profitability. He has worked with global brands like AT&T, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, and Wells Fargo, and has held senior consulting roles with top agencies like FutureBrand and Vivaldi Partners. His expertise includes brand strategy development, customer experience design, and leveraging data-driven analytics to create compelling audience strategies. Ramin holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from UT Austin.

John is a highly accomplished product marketer and brand storyteller with more than 25 years of experience growing new and established global brands through a strategic combination of brand marketing, innovative product assortments, integrated omni-channel strategy and dynamic consumer engagement. John’s career includes roles with LVMH, L’Oreal, Estee Lauder Companies and CVS, among others. John holds an MBA degree from Cornell University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Yale University.

VANESSA PEACE | VICE PRESIDENT, BRAND MARKETING

Vanessa is a strategic brand leader who has held executive positions at American Cancer Society, AT&T, Southwest Airlines, and Air Canada. Her expertise includes brand management, integrated marketing strategy and developing high-impact brand partnerships. Recognized for her contributions in brand marketing, Vanessa has received honors such as the Women We Admire Top 50 Women in Marketing and the Brand Innovators 40 Under 40. She holds a BA in Sociology from Concordia University.
